How to disable ALL alarms except for a few?
In order to disable specific Thresholds, go to “Thresholds”, select a thresholds set that you want to modify and
Change severity to “disabled” for each event that you want to disable
I uploaded a new alarm file but my system doesn't play anything now.
Is it possible to listen both Alert & Passthrough audio on same Layout
It is not possible.
My system alerts that I have no hardware capacity when I try to monitor a channel
Please check your system Hardware capacity graph and ensure that you have enough unused points to monitor the channel.

Note, that channel monitoring may require different number of points, depending on the codec, resolution, bitrate, framerate.
For example: SD HEVC channel will take 2 points, H264 more than 20Mb bitrate - 10 points etc.
