Version 6.0.5 onwards JXS encoder interlaced option is avialable. Choose the Linear Codec Type as TR-07 or TR-08, JXS Video Bitrate (Mbps) is 150Mbps (25fps (frame rate for interlaced), SDI over IP format is HD-SDI (Interlaced) and check the Interlacing option as shown below.
