Requirements

  • VMware ESXi ver. 6.5.0 should be installed on the server.

  • Vcenter vSphere Web Client ver. 6.5.0.

  • Define on the server a username and password for client login.

  • Please note that it is preferred the hosts on the Enterprise version should be connected to standard switches (Dynamic switches are not supported).

  • It is recommended that the VM hardware is identical to the physical hardware.

  • Please note the hardware is restricted to only one MCM per server. No other VM or process is allowed to run on the same hardware.

Login

  • Type the IP address of the installed server and use the user credentials as defined.

  • Unpack the MCM9000 VM RAR file to a local folder on your computer.

  • On your vSphere Web GUI navigate to your Datastore.

  • On the top press the “upload a file to the Datastore” and upload both files extracted from the RAR file.

  • On your VMware VSphere Web Client Click on the host to view the Hosts & Clusters list.

  • Choose the Host you wish to use to deploy the machine.

  • Click the “create a new virtual machine” to start the process or right-click the server and choose “New Virtual Machine”.
