Clock status consists of the below fields and icons that are applicable for NTP and PTP synchronization:

Clock Offset (sec) |
Clock offset refers to the difference in time between external timing and time on a local machine. The lesser the offset, the more accurate is the lock of the local machine to the clock source. |
Clock Drift (ppm) |
Clock Drift shows the drift between the system and the NTP/PTP clocks (in ppm). |
Time Since Last Sync |
It is presented in seconds. The NTP/PTP module keeps time synced in case of small offsets. In case of a large offset (a few seconds), the Clock should be synced manually. |
