My system is unstable and/or slow, how can I optimize it?
Navigate to System-> System Information -> Hardware Information and check for the CPU, Memory usage, and the CPU Temperature.
If a heating issue exists please contact TAGVS support and we will provide a guide to solve it.
Ask TAGVS support for the BIOS configuration guide to optimize the server’s performance.
I can not upgrade my system, what am I doing wrong?
If the software/firmware image was successfully uploaded to the server, you should be able to see it’s version in
System → System Information → Software Management → Boot image selection under the “next boot image” drop-list.
If there is 0.0.0 , the image upload is still in progress or failed.
Try to upload it again using CMD commands
c:\> ftp server_ip
User: upgrade Pass: tagvs
ftp> lcd path_to_Image
ftp> put software.bin
Ensure that the “put” command is finished and check the “next boot image” status again.
After successful upload , choose the new image as the next boot image and perform server reboot.
