Channel Status

The Channels Status toolbar has the below filtering option with a toggle switch.


IconsDescription

When enabled, it displays all the HD channels.

When enabled, it displays all the SD channels.

When enabled, it displays all the Audio channels.

When enabled, it displays all the Scrambled channels.


Additionally, the channel status toolbar has dropdown lists that can filter the channels available based on Device name, Source type, Interface ID, or Severity. It also has a search bar that could filter the sources based on Name, IP, Port, or Program Number.

The Channel Status has the below icons and fields.


IconsDescription

Select the desired channel and click on the Select Active Profile icon to select an active profile. The below screen is displayed on clicking the Select Active Profile.



Select the desired profile and click on the force button.

To enable the recording, select the desired channel and choose first the Select Default Recording Agent.

Click on the Start Recording icon to record the event for the desired channel. To stop the recording, click on stop on the pop that appears at the taskbar in the Channel Status GUI.

Select the desired channel and click on the Select Default Recording Agent to select the default recording agent. Click on the close button once you choose the desired recording agent.

For enabling Play Channel With External IRD, first, configure an External IRD Devices (Please refer to Notifications to configure).

Select the desired channel and click on the Play Channel With External IRD.

For enabling Select Default External IRD, first, configure an External IRD Devices (Please refer to Notifications to configure).


Select the desired channel and click on the Play Channel With External IRD. Select the desired default External IRD and then click on the close button.

To refresh the Channel Status GUI, click on the refresh icon.



FieldsDescription

Name

Display name of the channel source.

Device

Monitoring device name.

Active Level

Monitoring levels (Full, Light, Extra Light).

Status

Specifies the severity (Clear, Critical, Major, Minor, Warning, Notice, Info, Lost connection to the device, No network interface, Not Monitored).

Source Address

The source address of the channel (if applicable).

IP Address/URL

IP address or URL of the channel source.

Port

Source port number of the selected Source type.

Program Number

Service ID, as defined in the PAT table of the Multicast source.

Network

Logical network name, as configured under Network.

Snooze

Snooze alarm.

Active Profile

Displays the profile as specified in the configuration tab.

Program Bitrate

Specifies the program bitrate (in Mbps).

Timing

Specifies the program clock reference (PCR) time in the stream in comparison to the local time.

Info

Placing the cursor on the info symbol shows the default profile and active profile.

*If there is a forced profile selection, it's also displayed with an exclamation sign.
