I updated the logo according to the manual but it still doesn't show.

Please note we only support 24bit color depth jpg files. Please retry with a 24bit jpg file.

Alternatively, You can upload Custom Icons or Logos to the TAG icons folder FTP with the following credentials:

user: icons

password: tagvs
