Label

MCM Device name.

URL

MCM IP address.

Username

MCM username.

Password

MCM password.

Color

Assign a gradient color to a device for easy tracking during system configuration. Click on the Device Color icon and then click on the left or right color selector to adjust the color configuration. Click on the submit button to save the configuration.

License Sharing

When License Sharing is enabled, all shared devices use the same license and split channels between them. For a stack configured, devices on the stack share license regardless of this flag. Click on the submit button to save the configuration.

Management Multicast

A multicast protocol is used to communicate between the other servers in the stack. The IP address for the multicast communication is configured in this field.

Management Port

The port address for the multicast communication is configured in this field.

Cloud License Hash

When the license on the Dongle is not used, a license from the cloud server is used. A HASH key is used to fetch the appropriate license.

License Server Host

Override System Default License Server Host (From MCS Version 1.1.1 onwards compitabile with MCM 6.3 onwards)

Contains the address of the licensing host. On receiving the HASH key, it provides the appropriate licenses.

Please note this field is not required to be enabled by default but is needed when pointing the MCM9000 to another license server other than the default license.

Nielsen License Hash

Specify the license for Nielsen Monitoring.

** Available from MCM version 6.2 onwards. Please refer to How to enable Nielsen Monitoring to configure Nielsen Monitoring.

Disable HTTP Access

Click on the “Disable HTTP Access“ button to disable HTTP access. Disabling the HTTP access enables only HTTPS access. When the “Disable HTTP Access“ button is disabled, both HTTP and HTTPS access are possible.

Disable FTP Access

Click on the “Disable FTP Access“ button to disable FTP access. Disabling FTP access enables only FTPS access. When the “Disable FTP Access“ button is disabled, both FTP and FTPS access are possible.

Disable FTPS Access

Click on the “Disable FTPS Access“ to disable FTPS access. Disabling FTPS access enables only FTP access. When the “Disable FTPS Access“ button is disabled, both FTP and FTPS access are possible.

Resources Groups

MCS provides the Adhoc Monitoring through Resource Groups. Please refer to Adhoc Monitoring Workflow (Resource Grouping) to configure monitoring through Resource Groups.

Registry Server Host

Specify the registry in the format: registry=<ip_address>:<port>,. For example, registry=1.1.1.1:1111, Registry can also be specified as reg=<ip_address>:<port>.

Query API Host

Specify the query in the format: query=<query port>, For example: query=2222.

Verify Entry After Set

Enabled for No verify.

Specify the NDI Discovery Servers IP address.
