How to do manual recording of a stream?
In order to do a manual recording please configure the following:
Navigate to Notifications -> FTP server. If an FTP server is not set, click on add icon to configure a working FTP server. Fill in the necessary details and click on Submit.
**Please ensure that MCM-9000 has access to it.
2. Go to Notifications -> Notification Agents -> File Agent. If a File Agent is not set, add an Agent and choose your FTP server created in step 1 in the “Target” field. Fill in the necessary details and click on Submit.
3. To check if File Agent can save files on your FTP server press “test” button.
Tag_test_file.txt should be copied to the FTP location. If so , you can perform manual recording of the source.
4. Go to Sources -> Status, press “Select Default Recording Agent”.
5. Select the File Agent.
6. Now select the source that you want to record, and press “Start recording” button.
