In this section, DNS configuration is described. it is the same as the DNS configuration found in MCM9000 DNS Configuration.

 

There is a default Google DNS configured. MCS also allows DNS configuration through network interface and resource groups.

  • Network : You can choose the network interface (Nic1, Nic2, Auto etc.) as per your requirement.

  • Groups : Groups are resource groups that can be configured for DNS. Please refer to Adhoc Monitoring Workflow (Resource Grouping) to know about the resource groups configuration

You can add, edit, and copy more than one DNS.

All the fields are editable.

There is also a column display that enable to hide/unhide columns. If you pin the column, you will not be able to hide the column.
