Scheduler

In this section, the Scheduler configuration is described.
MCS allows profile change on the channel configuration based on the scheduler configuration. It also supports a time switch during daylight saving depending on respective time zones. Create one or more scheduler groups that can be used in channel configuration based on your preference. You can add, delete, copy scheduler groups.
Click on the add. The Scheduler GUI has the below fields. Click on save once you fill in the details.

Note | Free text field to mention notes. |
Type | Usually profile change. |
Color | Colour displayed on the mosaic during profile change. |
Timezone | Select the timezone from the dropdown list. (UTC is selected by default) |
Scheduling Group | Specify a unique name for the scheduler. |
Active From | Specify the start date for the profile change. |
Active Until | Specify the stop day for the profile change. |
Repeat On | |
Time of Day | Specify the time for the profile change |
Repeat on Days of Week | Specify the days in the week for the profile change |
Target Profile Label | Specify the profile name that should be changed during this time. (Please ensure this profile exists under profiles tab in source confirguration) |
