Operator Console is a new intuitive touch panel console that displays the live multiviewer output as an interactive minimized version on any touch-controlled device. Operators no longer need to waste valuable time searching menus and going through a lengthy configuration process but can. Still, they can access pre-defined, customizable configuration and operational functionality with a tap on the mosaic, dramatically removing overall complexity and simplifying day-to-day tasks.
In this console preview, operators can instantly switch between layouts on the multiviewer output should a change of event, operation, or focus occur. Additionally, the operator can switch the content of a single tile to a different source, channel, or stream by simply clicking on the tile. That control extends to audio, allowing the user to select one specific source and play its audio to verify a match.
Operator Console can be accessed directly from the MCS User Interface and used in full-screen mode on PC/MAC browsers or tablets.
** Operator Console is available on MCS from version 1.2.1 onwards, compatible with MCM 6.3.14 onwards.
