Viewing the Output Mosaic

A.     Go to Output > Status. Click to select the encoder.

 Click on the button in the upper right corner to view a full bitrate mosaic.

B.     Set up is complete! Your Mosaic should appear on the screen.

Another common way to see the live Mosaic is with either an IP Set-top Box (STB) connected to a monitor or by using VLC software on a PC.

A.     You will need the multicast IP address and port set. Go to Output > Configuration > Stream Configuration to obtain this info. This example uses 225.0.3.3 and 2000.

B.     VLC. Navigate to Media > Open Network Stream and enter the multicast in udp://@225.0.3.3:2000 format.
