Upload background image

I uploaded an image for the background but it won't show.

Please note we only support 24bit color depth jpg files. Please retry with a 24bit jpg file.

Alternatively, You can upload an image for the background to the TAG icons folder FTP with the following credentials:

user: icons

password: tagvs

To update the default logo please refer to How to update the default logo on empty video tiles and creating image tiles.
