Icons on the mosaic of MCM9000

The below icons are displayed on the mosaic of MCM9000 whenever the relevant issue occurs.

1		Bridge_128 x 128	Bridge icon appears when there is an issue with the bridged sources from another MCM.
2		Data_128 x 114	Data icon appears when the service that is monitored on that tile is a data service.
3		Error_128 x 114	Error icon appears when the stream is totally lost, or an error occurs.
4		Monitor_only_128 x 128	Monitor only icon appears when no CPU points are left to decode the video but monitor for errors.
5		Music_128 x 128	Music icon appears for audio only channels.
6		Nonet_128 x 114	Nonet icon appears when there is a network drop.
7		Scrambled_128 x 128	Scrambled icon appears when the source is encrypted and doesn't have the key to decrypt it.
8		Empty	Default icon before the source is assigned to the tile.
9		Sleeping_64 x 64	Sleeping icon appears if a channel assigned to a tile is not monitored.
10		Loading_128 x 128	Loading icon appears when the source on the tile is enabled for monitoring but in a few seconds the video or audio may not be there.
