How to change MCS Certificates
How to change MCS Certificates
Please follow the steps below to change your MCS certificate when expired or invalid,
Generate a new certificate and key with the names “mcs.crt” and “mcs.key” respectively.
Please note that the file names should be “mcs.crt” and “mcs.key” only. If you created the files with different names, please ensure to rename the files to mcs.crt” and “mcs.key”. Otherwise, this process will not work.
Place these certificates in the /MCS/nginx/ssl folder, overwriting the default ones.
Restart the MCS.
**Note: If the above procedure doesn’t update the certificate, please ensure the file owner has not changed. If the file owner is changed, please use the chown command to set the owner back to root and restart the MCS.
