The Layouts GUI has the below filtering options with a toggle switch at the top left corner.

IconsDescription

When enabled, it displays all the channels that are monitored.

When enabled, it displays all the channels that are not monitored.

When enabled, it displays all the HD channels.

When enabled, it displays all the SD channels.

When enabled, it displays all the Audio channels.

When enabled, it displays all the Scrambled channels.

Additionally, there is a dropdown to filter the channels based on the Device name and a search bar that could filter the channels based on Title. There is also a search bar to filter Time Zones based on Title.

To set a layout, select the channel from the menu on the right and drag-and-drop channels from the left to the desired box on the layout's view. If a new channel is inserted on an already existing box, the new channel will replace it. Channels can be added more than once to the same layout; there is a counter in a squared box before the channel name that indicates the number of times the channel is assigned to the layout. If the channel is not assigned, the counter value is zero. A colored box next to the counter indicates the monitored sources.

Highlighting the channels assigned in the layout displays the respective source name. To remove a channel from the layout, drag-and-drop it outside the layout area, or hover over it and click on the delete icon To update Under monitor displays (UMD) and Tally Settings, click on the edit icon .

Version 5.5 onwards MCM9000 supports an additional field of "Third UMD".

Tally Mapping

For Tally mapping, the following configuration is available:

{label}[border=t0]

See below UMD & Tally control API – the tally setting defines the interface mapping to the tile.

Enables mapping of tally color into border color.

alarm=none

Disable on-screen source alarm display

Based on textual mapping in the layout's tile, set the tally source in "Tally Settings".

For example:

"TSL_0_1[border=tl];alarm=none → Indicates TSL protocol display 0 tile 1"

Insert in the "tally settings" field in the layout tiles.

"TSL_0_3[border=t0];alarm=none" is up to 255 characters long and used for tally mapping (used by the auxiliary interfaces API). For UMD and tally settings, please refer to the appendix Dynamic UMD updating.

Click on update to save the settings. The updated details are visible in the layout. Clicking on close doesn't save the changes.

If the layout includes clocks, you may assign time zones to the clocks in the same way (drag and drop a time zone from the list on the left to the clock); if no time zone is defined, the default UTC time zone will appear.

To apply the new layout settings, click the Save Changes button.
