When using a Centralized Error Display (CED) (also called Penalty Box), assign an Error Agent to the encoder that defines the CED display's behavior.

Description

Name

Name of the Error Display Agent.

Min Display Time (sec)

Specifies the channel's minimum time to appear on the Centralized Error Display, even if the event that triggered the channel display is no longer active.

Decay Time (sec)

Specifies the channel's display time after the triggered event becomes inactive.

Override Configured Layout Channels

When enabled, the Centralized Error Display occupies the entire Layout it's assigned to, overriding any previously configured channels. When disabled, there is a mixed Layout of static and faulty channels in which the Centralized Error Display occupies only the empty boxes in the Layout.

Display Video Frame Only Once per Layout

When enabled, if the source is displayed in a static tile on the Layout, it will not be displayed in the Centralized Error Display.
