Audio Alarm Agents provide event notifications through the mosaic output audio. If an Audio Alarm Agent is desired, it is essential to configure either an Audio Alarm Agent or a channel audio output for a given mosaic output, but not both. It has the below fields.
Fields | Description |
Name | Name of the Audio Alarm Agent. |
Alarm Duration | Specifies the alarm duration (in seconds); if Permanent is checked, the alarm will be active as long as the event is active. |
Sound Alarm for Displayed Channels Only | When enabled, the alarm is limited to the channels assigned to the Layout. When disabled, the alarm is set for all monitored channels (configured in the Notification Set) on the device. |
Silence On Acknowledgment | When enabled, the alarm will be silenced upon acknowledgment. *The next occurrence of an event triggers a new alarm. |
